At DHICS.PK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to a faulty or incorrect item, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the returned product must reach us within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process requests received after this time frame.


2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition (no damage, no stains, no signs of wear).
  • All tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
  • Only products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged by customer misuse or mishandling.
  • Items returned after the 48-hour return window.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items on clearance or marked as “Final Sale”.

4. Return Process

If your item meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and pictures of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions to send the item back to our designated address.
  4. Customer is responsible for arranging return shipping. We do not offer pick-up service.

Note: Return parcels must reach us within the return window to qualify. Late arrivals will not be accepted.


5. Refunds or Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If eligible, we’ll process a replacement item or a store credit (as per your choice).
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit once verified.
