1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopard Courier, and others. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 business days (after order confirmation).
- Remote Areas: May take up to 7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or courier delays).
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed clearly at checkout.
- Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only for orders of PKR 5,000 or more.
- If your order total is less than PKR 5,000, COD will not be available. You will need to choose an advance payment method such as Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
- Orders of PKR 5,000 or more are eligible for COD, subject to confirmation.
We may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm COD orders. Orders that remain unverified may be canceled without notice.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your parcel’s status in real-time.
6. Delivery Delays
In case of any delay due to product availability, courier issues, or other reasons, our customer support team will inform you promptly.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
7. Missed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or failure to answer the phone:
- The courier may attempt a second delivery.
- After multiple failed attempts, the order may be cancelled or returned to us.
8. Damaged or Open Packages
If your package appears damaged, open, or tampered with upon delivery, do not accept it. Instead, immediately inform the delivery person and notify us at:
