2. Order Confirmation

  • All orders are confirmed only after payment is received (for advance payment methods).
  • For Cash on Delivery, we may contact you for confirmation before shipping. Unverified or unreachable orders may be cancelled.
  • In some cases, we may request partial or full advance payment for high-value or customized orders.

3. Payment Security

Your payment security is important to us. All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.


4. Payment Verification

  • Orders paid via bank transfer or mobile wallet must be verified by sending a screenshot or transaction ID to support@dhics.pk or WhatsApp at [Insert Number].
  • Unverified or incomplete payments may delay order processing or lead to cancellation.

5. Taxes & Charges

  • All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Any additional charges (like delivery fee or special packaging) will be clearly shown at checkout.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If a payment fails due to technical or bank-related issues, please try again or contact your payment provider.
  • For continuous issues, you may contact our support team, and we will assist you in placing your order.

7. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds (for returned or cancelled orders) will be processed as per our Returns & Exchanges Policy and may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment method used.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
